We offer a convenient Trade-In Program. Simply bring in your current motorcycle ands wee will reevaluate its value. If your motorcycle has a higher value, we will reimburse the difference. Online-booking

We strongly recommend booking online due to the high demand for our motorcycles. This helps secure your preferred model and ensures it isn’t reserved by another customer. All reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes, there is a reservation fee for online bookings: RM500 for motorcycles above 250CC and RM250 for motorcycles below 250CC. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, or online transfer.

Loan Application

Yes, we offer loan financing for motorcycle purchases. We use with AEON Credit, Chailease, Berjaya Credit, BSNC and our in-house loan to facilitate financing when needed.

To apply for a loan, applicants must be Malaysian citizens aged 18 to 60 years with a minimum monthly gross income of RM1,500. Employed individuals are required to submit a valid Identification Card (IC), the latest three months’ payslips, and either the latest three months’ bank statements or an EPF statement, with a minimum employment period of six months. Self-employed individuals must provide a complete set of SSM registration documents, the latest six months’ bank statements, and proof of business operation for at least one year.

Loan approvals typically take 3 to 5 business days. Once your application is approved, our sales representative will contact you with an update and guide you through the next steps in the process.

Once your loan is approved, our sales representative will notify you. Prior to finalising the agreement, you will be required to make the necessary deposit. Upon completion, you may take possession of your motorcycle, officially making it yours.

You have two options for collecting your motorcycle:

Self-Collection – You can personally pick up your motorcycle from our showroom. If you prefer to arrange your own courier for delivery, you will need to handle the logistics. We can assist with packaging upon request, but this is considered a special request and may incur additional charges.
PA Motoworld Drop-Off – We offer nationwide delivery, including Sabah and Sarawak. Delivery costs vary based on distance and will be covered by the customer.

Autopay is an automatic payment system where your monthly loan installment is deducted directly from your account. It ensures timely payments, making the process seamless and hassle-free. To set up autopay with AEON Credit or Chailease, you will need to provide your debit card or online banking details.

If your bank doesn’t support autopay, you can explore alternative payment methods. We recommend contacting your bank to check if they have plans to introduce autopay in the future or exploring other available payment options that best suit your needs.

Your autopay setup may have failed due to several reasons, such as insufficient funds, expired or incorrect payment details, technical issues with the bank or payment processor or changes to your account information. To resolve this, check your account balance, ensure your payment details are accurate, and contact your bank or service provider for further assistance.

Warranty

The PA Motoworld warranty is valid for one week, starting from the date listed on the Delivery Order. This warranty applies only to the original buyer, who must retain full ownership, possession, and authority over the motorcycle during the entire warranty period.

PA Motoworld will assist you with the ownership transfer process at your preferred branch, so you won’t need to visit the JPJ office to initiate the name change. However, non-Malaysian citizens must visit the JPJ office first to open an ownership transfer file before proceeding with the sale to us.

No, insurance does not automatically transfer between owners. When PA Motoworld acquires a motorcycle from the previous owner, we ensure that all existing insurance policies, traffic citations, summons, and other legal obligations are cleared before the motorcycle is sold to you.
